TILT Independent
A 9-month leadership program for gymnastics athletes 12–16—built to grow confident, capable teens (no gym enrollment required).
About TILT Independent
TILT (Teens in Leadership Training) was originally created to help gyms develop future staff. But here's what I learned fast: the leadership piece is bigger than coaching.
TILT Independent gives athletes the same leadership-based curriculum—without needing their gym to participate. It's designed for teens who want to:
- ✓Become more confident and articulate
- ✓Learn how to lead without drama
- ✓Understand the "why" behind coaching decisions
- ✓Build skills that help in school, work, and life
